A Special Visit from Peter Brandy!

We were incredibly lucky to welcome Peter Brandy, one of Australia’s finest Indigenous singer-songwriters, to Djidi Djidi.

Ahead of his performance at the Bunbury Regional Art Gallery, Peter spent time with our students, sharing his passion for music and storytelling. Accompanied by his guitar, he sang with and for the children, weaving songs with stories that reflect the richness of Aboriginal history and culture.

Through this special experience, our students deepened their appreciation for the power of storytelling through music, learning how songs can preserve history, culture, and connection.
